| Participants will learn how to conduct An ASQ 3 and ASQ SE. Instruction on how to enter the information into EFS MOD will be given. Information about available supports to meet needs and address concerns will be shared.
Please bring a laptop or an electronic device you can use to conduct the ASQ Screening on your School Readiness children, Birth thru 5. This screening is the responsibility of the Providers to ensure they are completed, according to their SR Contract. |
