Client Service Counselor: Early Childhood Assessor, full time / non-exempt, $20.00 – $22.00 / hour. To conduct program assessment observations within contracted School Readiness (SR) and Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) providers. Conduct precontractual program assessments as needed with potential providers.
Client Services Counselor: Reimbursement, full time / non-exempt, $20.00 – $22.00 / hour. Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of child care provider payments in compliance with Coalition policies and applicable federal, state, and local requirements. Ensures data integrity in the Single Statewide Information System (SSIS) and provides professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
