Appreciation Event
Provider Appreciation Day recognizes and celebrates the work of child care providers and early childhood educators. The national day of recognition is celebrated annually on the Friday before Mother’s Day. The Coalition hosts a Provider Appreciation event each year to honor Marion County’s child care providers.

2027 Truckin' It To Preschool
FREE event for families with children going into preschool. Truckin’ It To Preschool activities:
- Learn about the many preschool options available in Marion County and meet local presschool providers.
- Receive assistance with VPK applications.
- Free children’s activities.
- Interact with trucks and emergency vehicles.
