SUMMARY:COME SEE US! Reading with a Ranger
DESCRIPTION:Reading with a Ranger is a program that brings literacy and the importance of reading into the parks of Ocala. Each Friday the City of Ocala Park Rangers gather in a different park to read stories to kids. Children and parents are exposed to the different parks that Ocala has to offer\, and all the different kinds of books you can find at the Marion County Library System. \nWe encourage our participants to bring a lunch and eat it in the park after the program. This program is made possible by the collaborative efforts between Ocala Recreation and Parks\, and the\nMarion County Public Library System – FL. Reading with a Ranger is free and FUN! \nFor more information\, call 352-368-5535 or visit http://www.ocalafl.org/recpark. \nThis event will be held at the Fort King National Historic Landmark.
